Who are we?

STEAM4AUTISM is an Erasmus+ funded project whose goal is to provide educators with the tools and methodologies to help them teach STEAM subjects in classrooms including children with autism spectrum disorders. We chose to target this group because the new STEM and STEAM approaches are more widely used in classrooms all over Europe and it is important for educators to understand how to include children with ASD in the learning experience.

Our Target

By the end of the project, we expect to have a concrete set of training material that educators will be able to study and familiarize themselves with, allowing them to teach STEAM subjects in classrooms that have children with ASD in a more efficient and inclusive manner. This will help the educators but eventually will also help the children with ASD witness the power of STEAM and how they can focus their skills in these subjects.
